Bailey is a Productivity Engineer from University of Toronto and an experienced wellness consultant. After working on efficiency mandates for a Fortune 500 company and leading Canadian bank, she noticed one glaring issue: employees are burnt out!

How can employees be productive in a toxic state? How does this affect our communities? And how can such a strain on performance be profitable for any organization?

And so the journey began. Bailey left a promising corporate career to take a leap of faith and launched Proactive Movement. With the correlation between organizational culture, performance and health evident, she only needed to connect the dots.
